The Freedom
03:24
|
|||
I want the freedom
The right to tell you
Where you went wrong
You can’t feel this emptiness you’re too young inside
Funny how, the nightmares, are the dreams that come alive
You can still be free but only just for a little while
Take a trip in sepia but it’ll never be the same
I want the freedom (freedom)
The right to tell you (freedom)
Where you went wrong
I’m running faster than tomorrow there’s a darkness in the light
Can we escape our slavery? Only the child is ever right
I’ll always feel sad for the future like a library unread
Is everything still important when we’re crippled in our beds?
I want the freedom (freedom)
The right to tell you (freedom)
Where you went wrong
Now I’m running in the meadows
I’m clinging to the trees
I’m tasting liquid like forbidden fruit
I’m blowing softly in the breeze
Am I free, well I don’t feel free, they changed my melody?
Here’s hoping, the future might, unveil this murky sea
I want the freedom (freedom)
The right to tell you (freedom)
What you don’t wanna hear
What you don’t wanna see
What you don’t wanna hear
Where you went wrong
What you don’t wanna see
What you don’t wanna hear
Where you went wrong

Europe Is Close
03:58
|
|||
Unity is cold
Our war wounds still open
Sign Anglo-Saxon dreams
In splendid isolation
Sterile in heaven
God’s wealth remains
We’ve all failed to read
That they’ve all gone away
They want our dead
We want but won’t share
Silent by the sea
Europe’s distant memory
Go back to what you think you’ll see
A failure in love with democracy
Buy a home to divide
They won’t learn together
Our children unworthy
Nothing's outside this country
We always rule
At an empire's pace
You broke my heart
With an Aryan race
The world, division
Somewhere socialism
Silent by the sea
Europe’s distant memory
Go back to what you think you’ll see
A failure in love with democracy

Sleep Prince
04:21
|
|||
They find him close
Wrestled by a tree
His washed out statue
Worshiped by the leaves
Wrapped in a coma
His words lightly boil
A story inside him
Too strange to tell
I feel the imperfections
Of everything I’ve ever loved
Dressed to carry the news of the world
Well I feel the imperfections
Of everything I’ve ever touched
Dressed to bear the news of the world
Kindness
A common disease
I give everything
But always plan to receive
His face a survivor
His armour rusting free
Given the love required
He’ll swallow life’s empty breeze
I feel the imperfections
Of everything I’ve ever loved
Dressed to carry the news of the world
Well I feel the imperfections
Of everything I’ve ever touched
Dressed to bear the news of the world
Sleep
Rest those weary
Eyes
That take you away from
Time
That keep you safe and
Blind
While outside waits with fear
Well I feel the imperfections
Of everything I’ve ever loved
Dressed to carry the news of the world
Well I feel the imperfections
Of everything I’ve ever touched
Dressed to bear the news of the world
Dressed carry the news of the world
Dressed to bear the news of the world

The Lost
03:40
|
|||
Are these the last moments to enjoy?
The silent seeking of thoughts unknown
The lost hides and keeps away from time
I am now in love with but nothing
So why make plans that will always end
There’s more pleasure in not seeing a friend
The closest you will get to serenity
Is finding a dream that can never be believed
And as this young gaze this old land
They will find great cities, wars between men
Desire meets loss, never got off the ground
Ordinary affairs make the absence of sound
The Lost will break all of your hearts, for you
It can meet you anywhere, kill you just to show you
So why make plans that will always end
There’s more pleasure in not seeing a friend

Holding on to heaven’s rust
Cleaning it’s immortal frame
They break the hell of silence
And time leaves a stain
I fell into this vacuum
Like a cold and sudden change
Arrested, I was over charmed
Began to dote upon the lame
Again and again
I’m lost in blood rain
The clouds they weep for days
Drowning lives like a curse
And heaven bleeds all over
Every battle on this earth
Again and again
I’m washed in blood rain
We watched them from comfort's eyes
Freed from the coldest disease
We help from a distance
Please
Holding on to heaven’s rust
Cleaning it’s immortal frame
They break the hell of silence
And time leaves a stain
Again and again
I’m lost in blood rain

Gods and Toys
03:41
|
|||
The eyes that have seen the end
Tell me you won’t feel a thing
Your universe stands all alone
Sunken it breathes a sigh
Send twisted empty replies
Say the world for the first time
Watch emptiness kill for life
In empty rooms features are lies
Powered men from hell all bent
Blindfold the air of their eyes
Say nothing in fear of riddles
Rife with lonely Gods and toys
Safe to love, safe from divine
Waiting to parade the grounds of time
Ruling the space beyond our lives
In empty rooms features are lies
Send twisted empty replies
Say the world for the first time
Watch emptiness kill for life
In empty rooms features are lies

1000 Stars
04:04
|

See you but you never notice
Dreaming of a chance to tell you
Is it all in my head, or can we share a mutual secret?
If it's all in your hands, don't walk away...
And wait at heaven's gate
Oh, can you save a place for me?
And so give into me and never break the spell for me
Shaking with a dirty secret
Aching for the broken pictures
Is it all in my head, or can we share a mutual secret?
If it's all in your hands, don't leave me now...
And wait at heaven's gate
Oh, can you save a place for me?
And so give into me and never break the spell for me
Keep on running
Just keep on running
And I know the time will come to make it real
If it's all in your hands, don't walk away...

Hold Me Back
03:28
|
|||
Hold me back
Oh I can’t keep
My intelligence
Thoughts hidden
Lock me away
Or someone may just listen
But I have don’t have the fight
The eternal vision
And when you look into their eyes
Don’t pretend it’s no surprise
Their flesh forever sighs
Too numb for the first time
They have never forgiven
Hold me back
Oh I can’t keep
My thoughts of you
Imprisonend
My mouth is a trick
Born to stumble and seek other's lips
But how can one feel so free
When the rest don’t get to live?
Is anyone feeling the same?
Can we meet where thoughts exchange?
Don’t be scared we may think the same
It’s so rare and it can still be changed
They have never forgiven
You’ve seen art, so have I
Did you think it was made with you in mind?
Bored with always being right
Killed by the sun, dead at night
Dead at night

Always There For You
03:51
|
|||
Many great and wise feel the same about it
It is never liked at the start or warming as it proceeds
Run, run, run
March all your broken lungs
Away from the lust and pride of the young
The shattered egos reveal this selfish world
There is life in war to understand death
Sexuality is outspoken
And wealth is always won
Now you can bury your mind in the safety of your home
The world’s to share how much you take is yours
Delirium will save you and the flowers in your uniform
So pray for your rivers
To kiss the asphalt aloud
And suffocate God with requests to drown this shrinking crowd
The fields you now lay in
Were always there for you
The ones you danced through
So unaware
So welcome this insect life
For the earth has nothing left
To share

Song For Infinity
04:53
|
|||
I once knew a man,
Who calmed me with a God
A slave escapes it’s origin
The winter of thoughts
A kings eternity
Madness makes it very clear with beauty
Your fate is no less absurd
Tragic when you see what you heard
The eye that only meets a sky
Begins to enjoy it’s little time
Are we sad for infinity?
My love knows it’s power
There’s no hope when all is well
Are we taking our heaven,
Is it absurd to colour hell?
You know so then it must exist
A silence that slips through your fingertips
Are we sad for infinity?
A truism you see,
Explores the mockery of worth
The rivers have reached
The ends of this lonely earth
The eye that only meets a sky
Begins to enjoy it’s little time
You know so then it must exist
A silence slips through your fingertips
Are we sad for infinity?
Are we sad for infinity?
